Terms of Service

The service and your account

The Aisongly team operates Aisongly. You can sign in only with a Google account. Aisongly uses your story and creative settings to help make lyrics and generate two AI songs. You are responsible for the material you submit and for activity on your account.

Credits and delivery

Each generation costs 60 Credits and is intended to deliver two songs. If only one song is delivered, we automatically return a proportional share of the Credits charged. If generation fails entirely, we return all Credits charged. Every Credit expires 12 months after it is added to your account, whether purchased, gifted, or added by an administrator. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Each new user may receive only one welcome gift. We may take back gifted Credits and ban accounts if we find abuse, including multiple accounts or proxy networks used to claim extra gifts.

Listening and downloading

Songs made with gifted Credits can be streamed, but cannot be downloaded until you have made at least one purchase. After a purchase, you may download those earlier songs too.

Content rules

Do not submit sexual content, especially content involving minors; hate, harassment, threats of violence, encouragement of self harm, or content that violates anyone else’s rights. We automatically check submitted content. A request blocked by this check is not charged. Violations may lead to an account ban.

Using generated songs

Songs made with purchased Credits and our main music model are labeled “Commercial use”. You may use them for commercial purposes, such as in videos, ads, or podcasts, or release them on streaming platforms. Songs made using gifted Credits and any other songs labeled “Personal use” are for personal, non-commercial use only. The label shown for each song on Aisongly determines its license.

We do not guarantee that you own the copyright to a generated song. AI-generated work may not qualify for copyright registration in some places, and a song may resemble existing work. Before using a song commercially, you must check that you can do so and take responsibility for how you use it.

Sharing

Share links are not publicly listed, but anyone with a link can play its song. You can cancel a share link at any time. We may take down shared content.

Changes and account closure

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may change, interrupt, or discontinue the service, and we may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when the current Terms took effect.

Disclaimer and liability

The service and AI output are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Credits during the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you use Aisongly as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
