Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image, and Google account ID. We keep login sessions; the stories, conversations, creative plans, lyrics, and generated audio you create; and your Credits transactions and order records. Waffo handles card and other payment details. We do not store your card number or other payment credentials.
Preventing bonus abuse
When you claim welcome Credits, we use your IP address, network information such as country and network operator, a signed device cookie, and your Google account ID to check eligibility. We save only keyed hashes of the identifiers used for these checks, not your raw IP address.
Service providers
Google provides sign in. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores files, and provides human verification. Neon hosts our database. Replicate and SeeAPI receive song titles, styles, and lyrics to generate music. SeeAPI also receives text that needs content review. EvoLink receives stories and conversations for the AI writing assistant. Waffo processes payments.
Cookies
We use a login session cookie, a signed device cookie to prevent repeated welcome gifts, and Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and your requests
We keep account information and creations while your account exists. Database backups are kept for up to 30 days. Email contact@aisongly.com to request access to or deletion of your data.
Children
Aisongly is not intended for children under 13.
