Purchases and eligibility
Credits packs are one time purchases processed by Waffo; they do not renew automatically. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any Credits from that purchase. We do not refund partially used packs or requests made after that window, unless the law requires otherwise.
Credits after a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding Credits are taken back from your account. For a partial refund, Credits are taken back in the same proportion.
Generation problems
If a generation fails or delivers fewer songs than promised, the corresponding Credits are returned automatically. You do not need to request this refund.
How to request a refund
Email contact@aisongly.com with your account email address and order information. A chargeback may lead to your account being suspended.
